Automation and labor-saving in factories with all-direction mobile AMR and collaborative robots.

Covering the error of AMR with high-precision positioning through camera measurement. The adoption of omni-wheels eliminates the need for turning. Contributing to a reduction in takt time.

The new mobile collaborative robot "New Type AGBOT" is equipped with Daihen's AMR "AiTran" and Yaskawa Electric's collaborative robot "MOTOMAN-HC10." By combining the robot with an unmanned transport cart, it autonomously performs inter-process and inter-machine transport, automating multiple processes such as assembly and the input/output of jigs. It achieves high-precision positioning of the robot by autonomously judging, measuring, and correcting the error in the AMR's stopping position. The omni-wheels enable omnidirectional movement, contributing to reduced lead times. Additionally, there is no need for safety fences or magnetic tape, and route changes are easy. With the automatic power supply function of Daihen's wireless charger "D-Broad," it can operate unmanned even during nighttime operations. 【Features】 ■ Continuous operation for 24 hours with a contact charger (wireless compatible) ■ Safety ensured by the use of a collaborative robot ■ ATC can be installed *Customization available ■ Stable control of the robot regardless of the AMR's stopping accuracy ■ The robot can move at speeds of up to 84m/min ■ Flexible system integration → Coordination with existing AGVs/AMRs and proposals for dedicated WCS systems are also possible *Proposals for standalone AGVs/AMRs are also accepted.
